Atlas Cloud / Legal
Terms of Service
The essentials for building and running your applications with Atlas.
Using Atlas
These terms govern your use of Atlas Cloud’s website, dashboard, deployment services, and MCP integration. “Atlas”, “we”, and “us” refer to the operator of Atlas Cloud, reachable at hello@atlasos.one. By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you use Atlas for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Any separately agreed written service agreement controls where it expressly differs from these terms.
Accounts and permissions
Provide accurate account and billing information, verify your email, protect your credentials, and give access only to people and applications you trust. Tell us promptly about unauthorized use. Workspace administrators control membership and permissions. Atlas checks workspace and project access, but you remain responsible for the access you grant and the behavior of your own application.
An approved AI client can use the Atlas tools allowed by its granted scope. A deployment request can create or update infrastructure and generate usage charges. You are responsible for reviewing requested actions and giving your assistant clear instructions. Installing a skill alone does not approve an account connection. Revoke connections you no longer need.
Your code and data
You retain your rights in your source code, files, and application data. You give Atlas permission to store, copy, process, transmit, build, and run that content as needed to provide your requested services, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to Atlas or authorize its publication as an open-source repository.
You must have the rights and permissions needed for the content and personal data you provide. You are responsible for your application, its notices, lawful processing, licenses, backups, and access controls. Keep independent copies of source and important data. Saved source supports redeployment; it is not a complete backup or a guaranteed source-code recovery service.
Services and limits
Atlas offers compatible web application hosting, isolated Postgres databases, and project file storage. Supported frameworks, build and runtime requirements, archive limits, and tool limits are described in the documentation. Compatibility with every application or AI client is not guaranteed. Service providers and supported features may change; a change does not authorize access to unrelated resources.
Deployment status, logs, and resource measurements can lag or be unavailable. A missing metric is not zero usage. Singapore placement requests do not guarantee that all content, backups, or operational processing stay in one country. Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, Atlas does not offer a specific uptime SLA, certification, or disaster-recovery commitment.
Usage, invoices, and payment
The plan, resource limits, Atlas service charges, applicable taxes, billing currency, and issued invoices shown in Billing govern your purchases. Do not assume that a plan without a fixed monthly subscription includes free infrastructure usage. A planning budget, spending notification, or displayed prepaid balance is not a hard spending cap. Recent charges may await reconciliation. Insufficient prepaid funds block new deployment requests; existing infrastructure and retained data may continue incurring charges until the applicable resources are stopped or deleted.
Usage billing must be enabled by an authorized workspace administrator. New workspaces use prepaid Atlas service credit. A signed-in workspace administrator adds balance through checkout and authorizes verified usage invoices, including applicable tax, to be paid from that balance after reconciliation. No automatic card top-up or recurring debit is enabled. Existing invoiced arrangements continue until an administrator switches. Payment acknowledgements record credit purchases separately from usage invoices; applying credit does not charge the same invoice twice. Balance is non-transferable and is usable only for Atlas services. Contact hello@atlasos.one to request an unused-balance refund; we review payment, refund, dispute, and usage records before returning eligible funds to the original payment method. Mandatory rights remain unaffected. Balances do not currently expire automatically. Current records and checkout are in INR; any USD display is an indicative conversion, not a change to the payment or invoice currency. Estimates and missing metrics are not final invoices. Review an issued invoice before paying and contact hello@atlasos.one with its reference if you dispute a charge, need a correction, or request a refund. Mandatory statutory rights remain available.
Deleting local code, disconnecting an AI client, or signing out does not stop running infrastructure. Delete or stop the applicable resources to end future usage where supported. Charges already incurred can remain payable after deletion. Any future change to prices or payment authorization must be communicated before it applies; existing incurred charges are not retroactively repriced.
Acceptable use
Do not use Atlas for unlawful content or activity, malware, credential theft, unsolicited spam, fraud, infringement, resource abuse, or attempts to access another customer’s data. Do not bypass authorization, probe unrelated projects, evade service limits, or interfere with the platform. Do not submit payment-card data, government identifiers, protected health information, or other regulated sensitive data through AI tools. Atlas is not offered as a regulated-data hosting service without a separate written agreement.
Report suspected cross-workspace access or security problems privately to hello@atlasos.one.
Suspension, deletion, and ending service
You can stop using Atlas, revoke connections, and delete resources you are authorized to manage. Project and file deletion can permanently remove code, databases, or files; export what you need first. Check deletion status because infrastructure failures may require a retry or support.
Contact hello@atlasos.one to close an account. Billing, security, legal records, and backups may remain as described in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address abuse, a security risk, a legal requirement, or unresolved payment obligations. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to resolve it.
Reliability and your legal rights
AI-generated code and instructions can be wrong. Test your application and review destructive or security-sensitive changes. Atlas cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or prevent every instance of data loss. The service is provided subject to the capabilities and limitations described above. No statement in these terms excludes liability or a consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
For a dispute, contact hello@atlasos.one with the relevant account, project, or invoice reference so we can investigate. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or remove any court or regulator access you have under applicable law.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies this version. We will give notice of material changes through the service or your account contact, and obtain renewed agreement where required. Contact hello@atlasos.one with service, billing, privacy, or legal questions.
